How long does delivery take?
Delivery usually takes around 3-5 business days. You’ll receive a tracking code once your order ships, allowing you to track your delivery.

It depends on demand. If the product is popular, it may be restocked, but we can't guarantee this. Feel free to email us about the product you're interested in for more information.
Can I modify or cancel my order once it’s been placed?
Yes, if you contact us through our website before your order is fulfilled, we can assist you in changing or canceling it.
Can I change my shipping address after my order has been shipped?
No, once your order has been shipped, we are unable to redirect your delivery to another address.
Can I track my order?
Absolutely! Once your order has been shipped, we’ll send you a tracking code via email so you can monitor its status.
Can I return or exchange my purchase?
We have a 14-day return period, giving you 14 days from the time your item arrives to request a return. All lingerie, lingerie sets, bodies, swimwear purchases are final. For hygiene reasons, we are unable to process returns or exchanges on any of these products. We strongly recommend that customers carefully review their orders and consult our detailed sizing charts before completing their purchase to ensure an accurate fit.
What if my package is lost?
If your tracking number shows that your package was delivered but you haven't received it, please email us at hello@bluemistlingerie.com. Note that, BLUE MIST LINGERIE does not take responsibility for lost/missing packages that have been successfully delivered to the correct shipping address provided at checkout.
How long after making the return process will the fee be refunded to me?
The refund of the products received by us is made within 7-10 working days in the same way as the payment was made.
