SHIPPING-DELIVERY

We offer free shipping on all of domestic orders, so wherever you are in Turkey, we send cargo to your address. 

Orders will be shipped within 2 business days (note that shipments and deliveries do not occur on weekends or holidays). Once we have confirmed your order and payment details, we will begin processing your shipment.

Delivery times are calculated from the date of order confirmation by Blue Mist Lingerie. Delivery typically takes usually 3-5 Business Days. While we strive to meet the delivery time frame provided, please be aware that unexpected delays may cause longer delivery times.

If we foresee significant delays in shipping your order, we will notify you via email or phone. If your tracking number shows that your package was delivered but you haven't received it, please email us at hello@bluemistlingerie.com. Note that, Blue Mist Lingerie does not take responsibility for lost/missing packages that has been successfully delivered to the correct shipping address provided at checkout.

Please be aware that Blue Mist Lingerie is not liable for any customs duties or taxes applied to your order. Any additional charges (such as tariffs or taxes) incurred during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

Blue Mist Lingerie cannot be held accountable for items that are lost or damaged during transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. Be sure to retain all packaging materials and damaged goods before proceeding with the claim process.
