RETURNS-EXCHANGE POLICY

We have a 14-day return period, giving you 14 days from the time your item arrives to request a return. Please note that we are committed to maintaining the highest standards of quality and hygiene for our products to ensure our customers' satisfaction and safety. Given the personal nature of lingerie, lingerie sets, bodies, swimwear we have implemented a strict no return and no exchange policy for all of these items. This policy allows us to uphold the best hygiene practices and maintain customer confidence.

All lingerie, lingerie sets, bodies, swimwear purchases are final. For hygiene reasons, we are unable to process returns or exchanges on any of these products. We strongly recommend that customers carefully review their orders and consult our detailed sizing charts before completing their purchase to ensure an accurate fit. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide you with a shipping label and instructions on how to return your item. Items returned without prior approval won’t be accepted.

Return Conditions

Items being returned or exchanged must be in their original condition (unless defective), meaning new, unworn, unsoiled, in the same packaging it was received in and in sellable condition. All tags must remain attached. Product that is not in new condition, or has been soiled, damaged, washed, mishandled, or is missing tags, will be sent back to the buyer. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required. No credit will be given, and the buyer will be responsible for return shipping costs and forfeit any claims. Blue Mist Lingerie reserves the right to refuse returns that are improperly packaged or damaged, rendering the items unsellable.

Returns Processing

Once your package arrives at our store, please allow us approximately 2 to 3 business days to inspect the items for integrity. After your return is approved, we will process the refund as soon as possible to the original payment card, in the same currency. The reimbursement process typically takes between 3 and 10 business days to complete. The exact timing for the credit to appear in your account may vary based on your bank's processing times. Please be aware that we do not refund the original or return shipping costs. If you return items from an order that qualified for free shipping, a shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

Cancellation Policy:

If you wish to cancel your order before it has been shipped, please contact us promptly at hello@bluemistlingerie.com. Cancellations will be considered individually. If approved, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within a specified number of days.

Defective or Damaged Items

Although each item is carefully inspected before shipment, if you happen to receive a defective or damaged product, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt of it or return will not be approved. To qualify for a replacement, the item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging. No replacement or refund will be provided if the item shows signs of tampering. We will guide you through the process for obtaining a replacement for the same item and provide any additional instructions needed. There will be no extra shipping charges for sending replacement items due to defects.

Items on Sale are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Exchanges

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and if a refund is issued, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Delivery times for exchanged products may vary based on your location.

For items over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we do not guarantee receipt of your returned item.
